The place was discovered in the mid 19th century by a French explorer and hunter. The Grotto de Saint Marcel D’ardeche is nestled in the Rhone region of the beautiful French Alps. There is a huge chain of interconnected caves that feature amazingly clear water and vibrant rocks of all shapes and sizes.
